In our years of letting we know the secret to success is happy tenants.
Therefore, we work hard to make sure that our tenants are well looked-after.
This means that if you have a problem with your home, we’ll fix it ASAP, and when you move out, we’re fair about property inspections.
For tenants there are no upfront or arrangement fees. We do take a £100 holding deposit when you apply, which is deducted from your deposit when you move in. However, a fee may be charged for an administrative variation in the tenancy agreement once live or as a penalty via a break clause should the contract be terminated by the tenant earlier than contracted.
Oxlets are a member of the Deposit Protection Service for registration of tenant deposits – here is a link to their website for further information – in compliance with current legislation, deposits taken are never more than 5 weeks worth of rent.
