Oxlets property management fees.

Our Lettings and Property Management Fees are all-inclusive.

Except for VAT, you don’t need to pay VAT when you let through us. This means that if we have to arrange maintenance on your behalf, you only pay for the work done by the tradesmen. We don’t even take a cut.

No hidden costs: it’s all in the price.

For tenants there are no upfront or arrangement fees. We do take a £100 holding deposit when you apply, which is deducted from your deposit when you move in. However, a fee may be charged for an administrative variation in the tenancy agreement once live or as a penalty via a break clause should the contract be terminated by the tenant earlier than contracted.

Our Landlord Fees:

  • Fully Managed Service: £445 plus 10% of rent per month
  • Let & Collect: £495 plus rent collection at 6% per month
  • Please Note: we no longer offer a TenantFinder Only or Let Only service
