For only £495* we’ll:

Appraise your property to determine how much you can let it for in the current Oxfordshire lettings market
Give you up to the minute advice on compliance for landlords
Market your property to attract high quality tenants
Handle all viewings of your property on your behalf

Take up references, undertake background checks (including credit ratings) and personally evaluate prospective tenants
Set up your tenancy agreement
Take a full inventory
Deal with deposit receipt and registration for you
Collect and chase rent with a monthly statement

Rent collection:

We will collect rent at a low cost of 6% per month, or £50 per month, whichever is the highest.

You do not have to pay any fees until your new tenants have actually moved in.

And, there’s no VAT to pay on our fees, the price is the price. We’re also more than happy to throw in advice for free, and can help with your property insurance requirements and rent guarantees via the referencing agency, HomeLet.
