Our fully managed service gives you the ultimate in passive income.

All you need to do it sit back and watch your rental income accumulate while we take care of… well, everything.

If there’s a problem, we’ll fix it – and we charge you at cost for repairs and maintenance because our fee is included in our low, no-VAT price.

Fully managed letting service Oxfordshire

When we say ‘fully managed’, we really mean it. Here’s what it includes:

Appraise your property to determine how much you can let it for in the current Oxfordshire lettings market
Give you up to the minute advice on compliance for landlords
Market your property to attract high quality tenants
Handle all viewings of your property on your behalf
Take up references, undertake background checks (including credit ratings) and personally evaluate prospective tenants
Set up your tenancy agreement
Take a full inventory
Deal with deposit receipt and registration for you
Undertake check-in and check-out inventory inspections that are fair to landlord and tenant

Oversee the tenant’s check-in to the property
Deliver regular reports on your property’s condition, including any maintenance or repair issues
With prior agreement from you, we deal with any maintenance or repair issues using trustworthy, local tradesmen
Deal with emergency issues reported by tenants (keeping tenants happy is part of our job)
Provide detailed monthly statements showing your rental income and any deductions
… and anything else that can (and does) come up with a long-term tenancy agreement.

Our fee for all this is only £445, plus an ongoing monthly fee 10% of the rent.

And, if you have more than one property with us, the monthly fee could be even lower.
